Welcome to Mindful Wanderings! We believe spending time in nature can help unlock your inner well-being and give you a sense of joy and connection with the world around you. That’s why we offer guided forest bathing experiences that will help you reconnect with nature and in turn, reconnect with yourself.

Providing you with a safe space to practice mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of focusing your attention on the present moment. It can help reduce stress, increase self-awareness, and improve your quality of life. Mindfulness also helps promote creativity, and it can lead to greater emotional balance and clarity.

In-person and virtual options

Forest bathing can be experienced by all. Virtual options are available along with indoor nature facilitation visits.
